Enjoy my $6.00 Carnation Bouquet I bought at Wal*Mart.
I was on the phone with my husband in the store the other day and saw these.
I picked them up and said, “Thank you, Honey, for the flowers”.
Since he knows me so well, he knew what I was doing and promptly said, “You’re Welcome”.
Why do we have to clean the kitchen?
I think I do that more than I sleep.
Oh well, like mom used to say...
“it won’t get done by itself”…
then I will make some RUGELACH**
Have a good Saturday everyone.
GO SOONERS! & Pokes!
I am going to take pics…so I will put a recipe on my recipes page in the next few days. I have to make the dough today and wait at least 2 hours or overnight to make and bake…stay tuned!!
**rug·e·lach or rug·a·lach Jewish pastry of Ashkenazic origin. NOUN: A cookie of cream-cheese dough spread with filling, such as jam or nuts, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon, etc., and then rolled up like a croissant. Can be baked, served warm, room temp and frozen for a quick dessert.
